The Elite HQS Touch mobile inspections app offers a streamlined solution for ensuring compliance with HUD’s Housing Quality Standards (HQS). It serves as a valuable tool for Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) in conducting inspections, thereby safeguarding the well-being of Housing Choice Voucher participants and ensuring they reside in safe, decent, and affordable housing. With the capability of automatically syncing data to Emphasys Elite for processing when connected to the internet, the app enhances operational efficiency.

 <li>Enables attachment of photos and documents to inspections for easy retrieval</li>
